alignment and divine assignment

i recorded this back in early 2017, right after my life changed in a way i never could have imagined.

part 1

god/the universe literally moved me from brooklyn to phoenix, and i thought THAT was the big change. but shortly after recording this, i found myself in rural oklahoma for 4 years. talk about divine assignment.

back then, i used to live by the “rise and grind” mentality – – – 20-hour days, cold calling, convincing people of a vision they couldn’t see yet. my friends got frustrated because i never went out. i was constantly hustling, trying to force doors open.

part 2

but here’s what i learned: there’s a difference between hustling and being in flow with the universe.

when you’re in alignment, you don’t have to sell yourself anymore. you don’t have to explain your vision or convince anyone. the opportunities come naturally because you’ve found your sweet spot.

i’m extremely lucky now – – – not because i work harder, but because i learned to let go. “leap and the net will appear” isn’t just a cute saying; it’s real when you’re aligned.

and here’s the thing: that alignment? it landed me in bahia, brazil. this wasn’t in my actual plan. but while some people stuck to hustling and traditional ways – – – and now wish they had flowed a bit more and thought outside the box – – – i just kept following the flow.
